Mrs Carol Hay - Regional Manager, East of England In 1973 Carol commenced RGN training and later midwifery and neonatal special and intensive care nursing. Following a B.Sc.(Hons) in chemistry and biology in 1992 she undertook a PGCE. In 1994 Carol returned to the NHS and was Clinical Audit Co-ordinator for the Directorate of Radiology at Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge, until February 2000 when she joined CESDI as Regional Co-ordinator for Anglia region. Carol was appointed as CEMACH regional manager for the East of England from 1st April 2003.
