Assistant Director of Research and Development (Projects) - CEMACH Central Office, Baker Street, London

Salary range: £32,000 - £42,000

  • Do you want to improve maternal and child health outcomes and influence clinical practice to affect change in health services?
  • Are you interested in closing the gap between research and health care practice trough the implementation of research findings?
  • Do you have experience of managing individuals and health research projects and are looking for a key development role in a small, busy and influential health organisation?

CEMACH is an independant body which aims to investigate maternal, perinatal and child mortality and morbidity in the UK.  CEMACH uses its findings to influence clinical practice and improve care for mothers, babies and children.  We are an internationally recognised organisation and are in an exciting development phase in our programme of research and audit activities.

We are looking for for a highly skilled, organised and personable individual, who has a track record of planning and delivering successfull health related projects and who will fit well into a challenging multidisciplinary working enviorment.

This management and research post offers you the opportunity to take part in developing CEMACH's work in research and clinical audit, plan, undertake and manage research activities, and provide strategic advice to the organisation.
